Ripe, fleshy, concentrated.
A classic off-dry Riesling, the My Karp front loads with marmalade, bees wax, chamomile, wet slate and apricot aromas. The palate boasts notable concentration and a slick weight--it has an almost oily texture. Flavours of stone fruits and citrus peel are underscored by wet earth and mushroom. The 2019 seems riper than previous iterations; the finish is fleshy and persistent.
Pair: sushi, coconut curries, tandoori chicken and mild cheeses, white meats.
