Savoury, earthy, muscular.
This organic blend of Sangiovese with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot delivers warm cherries, wet leather, bruised rose petals, hay, olive branch, rosemary and oregano aromas. Intense and inky it's a muscular red with chalky (but slightly more textured) tannins. The fruit disappears on the palate leaving toasted spice heavily dusted with dark cocoa and dry earth flavours.
