Golden, complex, fresh.
Unsure of the components, this traditional method sparkling was aged on lees for three years prior to release.
The nose is reminiscent of apple turnovers and grilled lemons, wildflower honey and hints of roasted nuts. It has a creamy palette and good complexity overall; dry with yeasty flavours woven with toasted nuts warm pastries and golden fruit flavours.
A solid bubbly with a fine mousse and decent length.
