The second release of Mission Hill's charmat method (second fermentation in tank) sparkler is made from estate Pinot Noir (10%) and Chardonnay (90%) from Black Sage and Golden Mile vineyards. Fresh, fizzy and approachable it suggests aromas of tree fruits and honey, acacia, lemongrass and lime zest. It has a creamy mousse and delicate fruit flavours. Lively and fun. If you like Prosecco, this will be right in your wheelhouse.
