Juicy, zesty, fleshy.
Time Family of Wine Chronos has grown to include more than a dozen wines. They are made in Penticton at the Time Winery, which is also home to Orolo Restaurant. This 2022 vintage is made from Syrah grown on a site between Okanagan Falls and Penticton. It has a paler pinky hue these days and suggests sweet summer berries, orange blossoms and melon with honeysuckle and a hint of white pepper. It is fleshy and fresh with nice purity and structure. The finish is zesty.
