Perfumed, racy, pristine.
Argentina's perfumed white grape is woefully under marketed in our market, I'd love to see more. The Cuma (means pure and clean in the Aymara peoples language) offers fantastic value.
Dried flowers and apricot, star fruit, grapefruit, lime and chipped stone aromas lead to a bracing palate of lime and peach stone. Bright and quaffable, it has a snappy pristine finish.
Pair: stronger cheeses, smoked sausage or salami or spicy curries and stir-frys.
Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
