WineDiva's Review

Silky, classic, fresh.
Located in Chile's far northern semi-arid winegrowing region known as Elqui Valley, Falernia makes a wide selection of fresh and succulent red and white wines.
This single vineyard, Aaron (named after the winemaker's son) is located 18km from the Pacific Ocean and planted on rocky soils.
Expect classic notes of cherry and cedar, leather, forest floor, fine spices and smoked bacon. It has notable freshness, a supple weight and silky texture. Good bones here, with savoury, meaty flavours and a cocoa finish.

Recommended Pairings
Rich Meats , Barbeque, Cheese - Hard/Aged
