Savoury, spicy, organic.
From organic and biodynamic old (planted in the 60s) estate vines, this Foch has notes of spicy cherries, vanilla, dried violets, cedar chips and balsamic. The palate is smooth and shows its bit of age; molasses and bruised berries, figs, dried cherries and cocoa flavours dominate.
This OVF went through full malolactic fermentation and was aged for 10 months in newer and neutral oak barrels
