Racy, lovely, slick.
Pioneering one of BC's youngest wine regions, Fort Berens (named after a trading post, which was located on their property some 150 years ago) is located in the sub-GI of Lillooet, BC in the Fraser Canyon.
The Gruner grapes come from their estate, Red Rock Vineyards in Lillooet, was fermented in stainless steel and it had extended lees contact (four months).
Expect aromas of lime and green apples, fresh mountain stream, spring flowers and orchard fruits. The palate is zesty, mouthwatering and slick with lovely balance.
