Fresh, fizzy, charming
This night harvested Moscato from Spain remains sweet thanks to the stop fermentation when the wine reaches the desired alcohol content, in this case 8%.
It's a non-vintage white, fizzy and charming delivering notes of apricot and honeysuckle, candied lemon and white grape-y notes. The palate mimics the nose; it is as expected sweet, light and fresh, the finish is persistent has distinct marzipan flavours. Nice purity.
