Consistent, slick, racy.
This well-loved and racy Riesling from Barossa's high elevation Eden Valley is not only consistent but sets the bar high on the Riesling front.
It is scented with lime, green apples, peach stone and grass clippings, straw and beeswax. The palate is zesty and snappy with lime and crunchy green apple flavours to echo the nose. It has nice levity and a racy focused finish.
Perfect with saag paneer and parantha, pakoras and Indian pickle, salads, creamy sauces and fish.


Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
