Generous, fresh, supple.
Los Chacyes is located in Mendoza's higher Uco Valley, which is where the Malbec grapes come from, for this BenMarco Malbec. A Uco sub-appellation Chacyes is a recently popular area with vineyards up to 1300 MASL that deliver fruity mineral laden wines that are both fresh and fatty.
Here, black cherry and black raspberry aromas are layered with savoury spices, licorice root, dark chocolate and espresso. The generosity of fruit here is only boosted by its overall freshness, it is plush and supple with smooth tannins and impressive length.
