Fragrant, pristine, crunchy.
CedarCreek is now fully organic. The 2022 Riesling is brimming with crunchy green apple and peach aromas woven with lemon, lime and spring blossoms. It has an off-dry and juicy palate with flavours of snappy lime and green apples and honey. Fresh with notable purity, it's a pretty wine with a lip-smacking finish.
Pair:: fish tacos, BC halibut or spot prawns, frites with garlicky aioli, sushi...

Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
