WineDiva's Review

Expressive, supple, harmonious .
Clos du Soleil's estate Celestiale red, is a blend of 55% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Cabernet Franc, 7% Malbec and 7% Petit Verdot. It was matured for 15 months in French oak.
Expect notes of chocolate and spice, leather and vanilla, mocha, pencil shavings, cassis, vanilla and purple berries. It's fresh and supple elegant and harmonious with expressive fruit in the mouth.
Pair: Hearty pasta dishes, aged cheeses, grilled meats and roasted root vegetables.
