This new sibling to Fuse Cabernet and Edge Cabernet offers even more value in a California Cab.
Made with the wonderful addition of 25% Cabernet Franc the Trim smells like liquid velvet - it offers aromas of sweet cassis, cherry, vanilla, baking spices and mocha. In the mouth is is dense, chewy almost brawny with delicious concentrated black fruit, plum cake and mocha flavours. This is a very approachable, crowd-pleasing wine.
