Charming, silky, juicyGiuseppe Chionetti established this family winery in 1912 in San Luigi in Dogliani, and it is now run by the fifth generation. A certified organic and always charming red made from Dolcetto, it leads with cherry and raspberry, cedar chips and rose petal aromas; it has grapey undertones along with cocoa, earth and fine spice. The entry is silky, it's wonderfully juicy and delivers lively red fruit, cocoa, tealeaf and spice flavours.
