Bright, fragrant, concentrated.
Grown in the soils of the South Okanagan, this ripe Viognier is always one of my favourites. This vintage, a creamy notes of apricot and papaya, honey and banana, exotic spices, ginger and white pepper deliver the goods. In the mouth expect a creamy weight and texture with great concentration and flavours of charred peach, honey, banana, lemon, star anise and ginger mimic the nose.
Bright, balanced and persistent.
Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
