Fleshy, focus, creamy
From the sub-zone Val do Salnes the Lias is aged six months on tank on fine lees, stirred weekly.
Kaffir lime and star fruit, wet stone and lemon balm aromas make for a very fresh nose. The creaminess here from the fine lees stirring is notable, but all in it has precision, and focus along with weight and fleshiness. Citrus peel and herbal flavours linger.
