WineDiva's Review

Slick, zesty, mineral. This Sauvignon Blanc hails from Township 7's estate Blue Terrace Vineyard on the northern end of the Black Sage Bench in Oliver.
The wine is stainless and barrel fermented and suggests musky notes underscored by lime an d wild grasses, mineral, honey and faint peachy notes. It is slick and juicy with a nice bolt of acidity. It is zesty and bouncy with a bit of texture and a medium-long finish.

Spicy Food, Eat your Greens, Cheese - Goat, Seafood/Shellfish, Patio Sippers, Appetizers
