Crunchy, zesty, mineral.
This Sauvignon Blanc hails from Township 7's estate Blue Terrace Vineyard on the northern end of the Black Sage Bench in Oliver.
Grass clippings and mountain stream, gooseberry and citrus blossoms, honey and powdery floral aromas lead to a mouthwatering palate. The mouth is driven with lime, grapefruit and grassy flavours woven with crunchy tree fruits. It's a more mineral-driven Loire style as opposed to a more verdant Marlborough one. The finish is crisp and long.
