La Petite Abeille means little bee which pays homage to the importance of bee and their role as pollinators of the estate Blue Bee Orchard (and overall health of the planet) where the fruit for this cidery's juice comes from, but also the appearance of the bee's image in France, and throughout French history.
This blend is made from red currents, Granny Smith apples, and clover honey and is 8% alcohol.
Brilliant light ruby red in colour, this version delivers notes of tangy red currents, crunchy green apple and a dollop of honey. The palate is snappy, pristine and dry with plenty of tangy red fruit and apple flavours. Pristine and delicious with good persistence.
