Tangy, dry, gutsy.
Made from estate Syrah this substantial pink suggests aromas of white pepper and brambleberry, rhubarb and wild herbs, charred orange peel, licorice bark and mixed spices. It's a dry and slightly spritzy red with flavours of rhubarb, red plum and pepper. A pink with guts and power to pair with grilled fish, ratatouille, roasted veggies and medium cheeses.
