Dry, buoyant, tangy.
Made entirely from estate West Kelowna fruit, this co-fermented undisclosed field blend has a pale watermelon hue and notes of peach skin, apple peel, blood oranges and red plums. Dry with attractive buoyancy, it has a tangy/zesty character and flavours of cranberry and rhubarb, which culminate in a cherry stem finish.
A lively pink for oily fish, mushroom burgers, creamy cheeses and fatty meats.
