Organic, persistent, zesty.
This organic and vegan wine made from the Sicilian Grillo variety is consistent vintage after vintage and has a new label.
A golden yellow hue the 2020 vintage delivers grilled lemons and applesauce, bruised apricots, banana peel and Italian herbs.It has a toasted/zesty character and oily texture with flavours of resin, straw, grapefruit and honey. Good power and persistence overall.
Pair: grilled fish or vegetables, smooth cheeses and fresh greens.
