WineDiva's Review

Savoury, dry, fresh.
Another of Gold Hill Winery's new labels, the Terre Lab is a label chalk full of interesting facts, like harvest dates, clone type, block numbers and elevation...
Made from Tempranillo this rusty-salmon hued pink has a sweet and savoury nose of peach stone and red forest berries, rhubarb, tobacco, hay and orange peel. It's dry and easy to drink with very good acidity. A great wine for tapas, tomato-bases sauces and fatty fish.

Recommended Pairings
Seafood/Fish, White Meat Chicken/Pork, Appetizers
