An estate blend of Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Viognier, Riesling and Chardonnay grown on the Naramata Bench and in the South Okanagan. It's an ambrosial white perfumed with peach and pomelo, orange blossoms and honey, melon and star fruit. It's also piquant and racy with juicy citrus and expressive stone fruit flavours. the finish is long and zesty.
Pair: solo sipping or pair with spicier dishes and exotic Moroccan, South Indian or Thai cuisines.
