Purity expressive, juicy.
Having pioneered a new winemaking region in British Columbia, Fort Berens estate is in Lillooet, in the Fraser Canyon. Wines are made from their own vineyards, but are sometimes blended with Okanagan Valley fruit.
This expressive Pinot Gris delivers a fruit cup of peach and pears, tangerine and white blossoms. It's juicy and expressive with lovely purity and flavours of orchard fruits and lively citrus. Snappy, with some phenolic texture and a zesty finish.
Pair: chicken salad, mushroom dishes and oily fish dishes.
