Crunchy, lively, tangy.
A classic off-dry Riesling with snappy lime and green apples, peach stone, spring blossoms and honey. The palate is racy and precise, pristine and crunchy with flavours to echo the palate.
Pair: sushi, coconut curries, tandoori chicken and mild cheeses, white meats.

Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
