Fun, fresh, off-dry.
Made from Trepat, this pink sparkling Cava was aged 12-15 months on lees and is considered extra-dry, which is sweeter than brut.
Expect an orange-silverish shade and notes of smoked nuts, crab apple, cranberry, tangerine peel and wild herbs and shrubbery. It's a fun off-dry bubbly with a creamy mousse, bright red fruit flavours, honey soaked almonds, peach stone and an orange/grapefruity finish.
