Supple, potent, fresh.
Grown in the soils of the South Okanagan, this ripe Viognier is always one of my favourites.
Banana peel and grilled peach, toast with honey, ginger and vanilla aromas are expressed on the nose. Sweet summer stone fruit flavours are layered with baking spices, salted limes and a hint of fine white pepper. It is wonderfully concentrated--potent yet fresh; the finish goes on and on.
