Located on the Golden Mile Bench, Culmina was established by the Triggs family (of Jackson-Triggs fame) in 2007 and was sold in 2019 to Arterra Wines Canada.
This savoury Viogier delivers aromas of peach necta and hops, melon, exotic spices, burnt honey, green apples, Triple Sec, fleur de sel and candied ginger. It's intense and rich on the palate with notable power and flavours of salted lemons and oodles of stone fruits. It's a red wine dressed up as a white, but with bold acidity to add balance and freshness.
