Vibrant, dry, tangy.
Regional wine pioneer Fort Berens, is located at the base of the Fraser Canyon, near Lillooet where they make mostly estate-only wines.
The 2025 is made from Lillooet Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a light dusty pink hue and notes of cranberry, watermelon rind, tealeaf, peach pulp and orange zest. It's a snappy and dry pink with energetic red fruit and citrus flavours. Good length and very pleasing.
