Supple, power, expressive.
Osoyoos-based Moon Curser make a wide range of wines, many from varieties rare to Canada. Their Syrah is consistently expressive; it is perfumed with cedar and peppery spices, leather, plum pie, chocolate, espresso and blackberries.The entry is supple and it delivers purple berries, spice and mocha flavours. Oak flavours push through and it trails a splash of mint on the finish. Slick and intense with notable power.
Pair: grilled or roasted meats aged goat cheeses or rich winter stews.
