Brooding, spicy, toasted.
New label alert!
Dusty red plums and forest berries, beet greens and savoury spices aromas are layered with oodles of toasted oak and spice. The palate is fresh on the attack but the digs in to roasted coffee beans, herbs and botanical, spice and carrot top flavours. It has a brooding and somewhat muscular character and oak is ever present.
Pair: Mushroom Wellington, roasted beet risotto or grilled salmon.
