Tangy, juicy, snappy.
O'Rourke's Peak Cellars is owned by Edmonton businessman Dennis O'Rourke who maintains a 300-acre property of vineyards and orchards called Carrs Landing, and 7-acres around the Peak Cellars Winery in Lake Country; in total, 110-acres of estate vines.
This co-fermented blend of Pinot Gris, Riesling and Gewurztraminer delivers stone fruit, crunchy apples, sweet citrus, white flowers, honey and menthol aromas. The palate is tangy and juicy; the Riesling really stands out here. Tree fruits flavours are snappy and lead to a lime tinged finish. Clean and fresh.
