Tangy, pristine, delicious. Spearhead's winery and home vineyard (the Gentleman Farmer Vineyard) are located in South East Kelowna but they also have the Coyote Vineyard in West Kelowna and the Golden Retreat Vineyard near Summerland. Made by Grant Stanley who heads up the winemaking this Concentrated Riesling offers lemon curd, chamomile, honey, apricot and green apple aromas. Tangy with lip-smacking acidity it's concentrated, has a lovely slick weight and oodles of beeswax and citrus peel flavours. The finish is pure lime pith,
Pair: holiday Turkey, mixed greens, creamy sauces or seafood.
