Juicy, pristine, fragrant.
O'Rourke's Peak Cellars is owned by Edmonton businessman Dennis O'Rourke who maintains a 300-acre property of vineyards and orchards called Carrs Landing, and 7-acres around the Peak Cellars Winery in Lake Country; in total, 110-acres of estate vines.
This is a on-point Riesling that delivers lemon drops and apricot puree, crunchy green apples and orange blossoms atop clover honey undertones. The palate is so juicy and pristine with plenty of snappy fruit and piquant citrus. The finish is lip-smacking.
Pair: fatty meats and fish, creamy sauces, Asian noodle dishes and exotic salads.
