WineDiva's Review

Plume is the result of the Stewart family of Quails' Gate in the Okanagan Valley expanding to Napa Valley a decade ago.
Expect plush aromas of cassis and vanilla, plums and licorice, mocha, pencil shavings and tobacco. Freshness is in check, it has a supple weight and smooth palate. A very approachable red trailing spiced cocoa flavours on the finish.
Pair: BBQ, burgers, chili and the likes.


Pairs great with Gone Crackers Canadian Chedder & Chive
