Taut, crunchy, racy
O'Rourke's Peak Cellars is owned by Edmonton businessman Dennis O'Rourke who maintains a 300-acre property of vineyards and orchards called Carrs Landing, and 7-acres around the Peak Cellars Winery in Lake Country; in total, 110-acres of estate vines.
This is an acid-bomb with notes of lime-crusted starfruit, crunchy green apples, unripe apricots, wet stone, beeswax and green papaya. It's very taut and racy; lime, mineral and sour apple morph into agave flavours.
