Velvety, fresh, supple.
Harvested from CedarCreek's Home Vineyard, this estate level Pinot Noir was fermented with wild yeasts in concrete and stainless vessels then aged 12 months in French oak.
Velvety aromas of raspberry coulis, vanilla, licorice root and carob, cherries, dried roses, fine spice and forest floor lead to a expressive palate. The entry is supple. it's an earthy wine highlighted by bright cherry, raspberry, vanilla and star anise flavours. Good freshness and balance here, its both approachable and classic.
Pair: Mushroom Wellington, roasted beet risotto or grilled salmon.
