Tangy, classic, silky.
Spearhead winemkaer Grant Stanley makes this blend of Dijon and Pommard clones and matures it in (of course) French oak.
Expect aromas of rhubarb and beet greens, red forest berries and botanical with distinct salty/umami notes. It is sweet and earthy, salty and spiced with a silky texture and fresh but smoky finish.
It has balance; tart and tangy, and it delivers classic Pinot character.
