Potent, lovely, supple.
A new offering from the Rhone Valley, this organic white blend (Viognier, Roussanne, Clairette) from Domaine Montmartel in Visan has a lovely golden hue and notes of pineapple and citrus, beeswax, wild herbs and a smattering of peach. It has a slick texture and supple weight with notable citrus alongside toasted spice and garrigue flavours. Good potency here.
