Fresh, value, approachable.
A beautiful new floral jacket wraps this limited edition Seleccion Especial Cava from Monistrol. Made in the traditional method from the classic trio of Macabeo with equal parts Xarel-lo and Parellada this dry bubbly offers exceptional value.
Preserved melon and lemon peel, wild flowers and a whiff of bread dough are expressed on the nose. It has a fresh palate, is approachable with a lovely mousse and flavours of lemon, green almonds and yellow fruits.
