Ripe, supple, complete. This consistently impressive Malbec is grown and made by the fourth generation of Luis Segundo Correas, on the Don Angelino estate in Medrano, Mendoza. This consistently superb wine was matured 10 months in French oak then transferred to bottle to continue ageing.
Expect sunwarmed blackberries, dusty plums, chocolate and espresso, dried herbs, baking spices and smoked meaty undertones. The entry is supple and the mid palate fleshy; it boasts sweet ripe fruit, cocoa and spice flavours. Balanced and postured, fresh and persistent, it's a notably complete wine.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Parmesan & Rosemary
