La Petite Abeille means little bee which pays homage to the importance of bee and their role as pollinators of the estate Blue Bee Orchard (and overall health of the planet) where the fruit for this cidery's juice comes from, but also the appearance of the bee's image in France, and throughout French history.
This version is made from white currents, early picked McIntosh apples, and clover honey and is 8% alcohol.
Tangy apple and and tart citrusy/berry notes along with wildflower honey aromas lead to a clean palate that's lively and dry. A pretty cider, tasty and refreshing.
