Fruity, straightforward, earthy.
A blend of Merlot, Syrah, Malbec, Cabernet and Petit Verdot this approachable red comes out swinging with sweet spices, plum jam, black cherries, licorice and black pepper. The palate is earthier; cocoa is layered with black and red fruits. The tannins lend some chewiness and it trails cloves, cherry and coffee flavours across the finish.
Pair: Burgers (meat or vegetarian), grilled meats, roasted mushrooms or eggplant.
