Crunchy, fragrant, racy.
Made from Fort Berens' Estate fruit grown in the Fraser Canyon sub-GI, in Lillooet, this 2022 Riesling suggests lime and starfruit, lemondrops, white flowers and peach stone. It's juicy, has racy acidity with crunchy white fruit and citrus flavours. A drier-style Riesling with attractive texture on the finish.
Pair with coconut and peanut curry over quinoa, fresh greens or sushi.
