Gulpable, expressive, refreshing.
Seven Terraces wines are made by Rossendale, which is located in Christchurch on the eastern coast of the South Island of New Zealand. However the grapes for the Sauvignon Blanc come from the heart of Marlborough on the South Island's northeastern tip.
Expressive gooseberry and warm peach, honey, candied lime peel, elderflower and star fruit aromas lead to a juicy palate with flavours to echo the nose. Lively citrus and peach flavours dominate; it has a kiss of fruity sweetness and good persistence.
Gulpable.
