Slick, dry, juicy.
O'Rourke's and Peak Cellars is owned by Edmonton businessman Dennis O'Rourke who maintains a 300-acre property of vineyards and orchards called Carrs Landing, and 7-acres around the Peak Cellars Winery in Lake Country; in total, 110-acres of estate vines.
Salmony-pink it suggests aromas of wild strawberries on a dusty day, cranberry, tealeaf, orange peel, pomegranate and cranberry. It's light-bodied with a soft character, no sharp edges here, and is slick, dry and has a mouthwatering finish.


Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
