Fresh, pretty, juicy.
O'Rourke's and Peak Cellars is owned by Edmonton businessman Dennis O'Rourke who maintains a 300-acre property of vineyards and orchards called Carrs Landing, and 7-acres around the Peak Cellars Winery in Lake Country; in total, 110-acres of estate vines.
A silvery pale salmon this pretty Pinot Noir rose exudes sweet tea and honeysuckle, watermelon, and white cherry aromas. It's a drier style with zesty flavours of pink grapefruit and red berries. Juicy with notable concentration it has a long slick finish.


Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
